Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive an order confirmation immediately, and a dispatch confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates

After dispatch, typical delivery times are:

United States: 7-12 business days
Canada: 2-3 weeks
United Kingdom, Europe & rest of world: 2–3 weeks

Every order ships with a tracked service. Your tracking number is emailed at dispatch; allow 24–48 hours for the first carrier scan. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs, and events outside our control — but if your order is meaningfully late or tracking stalls for 10 business days, contact us and we'll locate it, replace it, or refund it, as set out in our Refund Policy.

Shipping costs

Any shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees after purchase.

Multiple parcels

Some larger pieces ship in two protective parcels for safe transit. Parcels occasionally arrive a day or two apart — both tracking numbers are included in your dispatch email.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Address changes and cancellations

Need to correct an address or cancel? Email support@queensway.shop as soon as possible — changes and cancellations are free any time before dispatch. Once an order has shipped we can no longer modify it, but our Refund Policy applies as normal.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an address error at checkout, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (reshipping costs may apply) or a refund of the product price.
